Refund policy

Every JERFF shirt is printed to order, just for you. If something isn't right, here's how I'll fix it.

If I got it wrong

Misprint, flaw, damage in transit, or the wrong item? Email me a photo within 30 days of delivery and I'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You keep the shirt. No need to send it back.

Wrong size

You get one free size exchange within 30 days of delivery. I'll email you a prepaid return label, and your new size ships once the original is on its way back to me.

Changed your mind

Return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. A flat $7 is taken off the refund to cover the return label I send you, or you can ship it back yourself at your own cost and get the full item price back. Original shipping isn't refundable.

Condition

Returns and exchanges need to be unworn, unwashed, and free of chalk, odour, and pet hair. If a shirt comes back worn, I'll send it back to you.

How to start a return

Email stvnlee614@gmail.com with your order number and whether you want an exchange or a refund. Please don't mail anything before you hear back. Returns go to me, not to the printer, and parcels sent to the wrong address can't be tracked down.
